I began by redressing my work life balance and demystifying self-care. During this time I realised my friends and family were constantly on the go and on the fast track path to burnout, which I had just got off. Alfrech Scent was launched in 2020, to provide luxurious and sustainably made products, which remind customers with busy lifestyles that self-care is a priority and not a luxury, is not one size fits all but personal to the individual and does not need to take a long time - little and often works just as well.
