All of our fragrances go through rigorous tests and are only released once they have passed. Although we don't work toward a release schedule you can assured the quality of our products.

In some instances the product you have ordered has recently been made, so your order will be shipped the next working day. The typical timeframe for fulfilment and dispatch is up to 5 working days. However, on some occasions products on our website may not be immediately available but can be purchased as a backorder. If you have placed an order and are on the backorder waiting list, please allow an additional 3-5 working days for your product to be made and dispatched. 

This is a natural effect of soy wax when it tries to return to its natural state. The soy wax we use is as natural/pure as it can be (no additives, is FDA approved and Kosher-certified). Your candle is perfectly fine, and you can continue to use it.

The most common reason is not burning your candle for long enough on it initial burn. On the very first burn, leave the candle until the entire surface of wax melts. This will stop a memory ring (tunnel) forming. The candle care instructions will talk you through the steps to follow. Wax melts are wickless pieces of wax that come in a variety of fragrances and shapes, which are melted in a tealight or electronic burner. Burners are sometimes referred to as warmers.

Wax melts are sometimes referred to as wax tarts and cubes. All our wax melts are heart shaped, weigh 7g per heart and are sold in (batches of five hearts) per biodegradable glassine bags.

Place one of your scented wax melt hearts in the dish of either a tealight or electric burner (light/turn on). The heat from the burner will liquify the wax melt, which will release the aroma and will fill the room with the scent. Do not burn for more than 4 hours. After use, the liquified wax will cool and solidify and can be used again.

You can use a wax melt until the fragrance is gone but on average each heart should last roughly 6 hours – some customers have told us they last a bit longer. It is worth noting that most wax burners and melters shouldn’t be consistently heated for more than 4 hours.

The cleanest and easiest way to remove wax that no longer has a fragrance is to do it once it has solidified. Allow the burner to heat up for a very short time, this will loosen the bottom of the wax. Gently push the side of the solid wax and it should slide out. Remove the heat source and  use a sheet or two of some kitchen roll to wipe away any residual wax from the bowl before using a new wax melt.

Marbling or a chalky surface may appear over time on wax melts that do not contain dyes. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the fragrance or integrity of the wax melt, continue to enjoy it and live your life to a beautiful fragrance.

Every scented product is handmade and poured in small batches, if the product you have ordered has recently been made your order will be shipped the next day.

If you have placed an order and are on the backorder waiting list, please allow 3-5 working days for your product to be made and dispatched.

Shipping is handled by Royal Mail and usually takes 3 working days once dispatched.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with one of your products, please contact us to remedy the situation. If we are unable to do so, upon receipt of the item, in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund.

We cannot cover return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged or faulty.
